Next for yrso.
The workflows we're planning, the features clients are testing, and the ideas we're considering.
In testing
Already being tested with clients.
- Access reviews
- Connect your critical systems and periodically review whether the right people still have access. Already in testing with a number of clients.
Planned
On the roadmap, with release dates still to be set.
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Verify that the right steps are completed when a co-worker joins or leaves. Include the everyday details, such as adding birthdays to the company party calendar, alongside security checks, such as revoking conditional root access to database servers when someone leaves.
- Vendor reviews
- Evaluate critical vendors through a guided process that fits your organisation. Use your own requirements to determine whether a vendor is appropriate for you.
Under consideration
Ideas from our backlog. Scope and priority are still open.
- Microsoft Teams
- Receive check notifications and submit evidence in Teams, with user sync and a choice of notification channel.
- Google Drive sync
- Copy final reports and their supporting evidence into your organisation's Google Drive, so the materials you share with auditors are also available in your own storage.
- Confluence policy sync
- Detect changes to linked Confluence pages and bring them into draft document versions in yrso for review.
- Objectives and metrics
- Set information security objectives, record measurements and schedule updates. See when a metric is overdue and keep a history of progress.
- Calendar deadlines
- Add check deadlines to your calendar through invitations sent with check requests.
